Virgin Atlantic has opened ticket sales for its expanded programme of flights from Manchester Airport to Orlando in Florida, allowing travellers to book direct trips to one of the United States’ most popular holiday destinations. The sale comes as the airline increases capacity on the route for the summer and winter 2026 seasons.
Orlando is known worldwide for its theme parks, including Walt Disney World Resort and Universal Studios, attracting families and holidaymakers from across the UK and Europe. The additional flights from Manchester are designed to meet growing demand and give passengers more flexibility when planning their trips.
Tickets for these services went on sale on Tuesday and include a range of fare options for travellers heading to Florida. Virgin Atlantic’s expanded schedule reflects the airline’s long‑term commitment to boosting long‑haul connectivity from the North of England.
The airline has been increasing its presence at Manchester over the past few years, marking more than 30 years of service from the airport and connecting the region with key destinations around the world.
