Workington Reds Launch “Fuel the Journey” Fundraiser to Strengthen Club’s Future

Workington Reds have unveiled a new fundraising initiative titled “Fuel the Journey,” designed to rally support from fans and the local community as the club continues to build for the future.

The campaign encourages supporters to contribute financially in a bid to strengthen the club’s resources, with funds expected to be directed towards improving key areas of the organisation, including football development and operational support.

Club officials say the initiative reflects the importance of community backing in sustaining and growing semi-professional football in West Cumbria, particularly as clubs face increasing financial pressures and competitive demands.
