The individual has been identified as Liam Wynne, who is currently being sought by officers in connection with a recall to prison.
Authorities confirmed that Wynne is believed to have links not only to Carlisle but also to several other areas, including Wigton, Maryport, and parts of the North East such as South Shields, Sunderland, and Gateshead.
