Police Hunt for Carlisle Man Wanted for Recall to Prison

Police have launched an appeal to locate a man from Carlisle who is wanted for recall to prison.

Cumbria Police have identified the individual as Stewart Brown, who is currently being sought by officers. Authorities have not disclosed full details surrounding the circumstances of the recall but confirmed that efforts are ongoing to trace him.

As part of the appeal, police have urged members of the public to remain vigilant and report any information that may assist in locating Brown.

Officers have issued clear guidance that anyone who sees him should contact emergency services immediately by calling 999. Members of the public are strongly advised not to approach him directly.

In addition, anyone with further information regarding his whereabouts is encouraged to contact police via the non-emergency number 101.
