Lake District Woman Airlifted After Falling at Raven Crag
A Lake District woman was airlifted to hospital after suffering serious injuries in a fall at Raven Crag during a mountain incident that triggered an emergency response.
The incident occurred on steep and rocky terrain where the woman is believed to have slipped and fallen requiring urgent assistance from rescue teams.
Specialist teams from mountain rescue services and a helicopter crew were deployed to the scene to locate and treat the injured walker.
