Jewellery Stolen in Barrow Burglary as Police Appeal for Information

Police are appealing for information following a burglary in Barrow-in-Furness in which multiple items of jewellery were stolen from a residential property.
The incident is believed to have taken place at an address in the Holbeck area between January 24 and February 1, 2026. Offenders gained entry to the property and removed a number of jewellery items before leaving the scene.
Cumbria Police have launched an investigation and are keen to hear from anyone who may have noticed suspicious activity in the area during the time frame of the burglary. Officers are also asking residents to check any CCTV, doorbell or dashcam footage that may assist enquiries.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Cumbria Police by calling 101 and quoting incident number 30 of 2 February 2026. Information can also be provided anonymously via Crimestoppers.
