Final Call For Supper Sounds And Sunset At West Cumbrian Hotel.
There is now a final chance to secure tickets for a special summer evening at a West Cumbrian hotel.
The evening will combine summer garden party dining, live music and entertainment, giving guests an opportunity to enjoy food and drinks while taking in views across the hotel's gardens towards the sea. The event will also showcase the venue's newly renovated Woodland Suites.
Entertainment will include a DJ and live music from Danielle Vocals, creating a relaxed atmosphere throughout the evening. Organisers say the event is intended to offer more than simply a meal, with guests able to enjoy an evening of food, music and the surroundings of the West Cumbrian countryside.
The event follows Hunday Manor's recent Step Into Greece evening, which featured Greek-inspired food and entertainment from tribute act An Abba Dream. The latest event continues the hotel's programme of themed evenings and community-focused gatherings during the summer.
Guests attending Supper, Sounds & Sunset will be offered a selection of seasonal dishes, beginning with a choice of Cumbrian asparagus and poached egg salad, smoked Cumbrian venison carpaccio or a heritage tomato gazpacho shooter.
For the main course, diners can choose from slow-cooked Cumbrian fell lamb rump, pan-seared Cumbrian trout or a vegetarian wild mushroom and spinach tart. The dishes will be served alongside new potatoes, artisan bread and seasonal vegetables.
Dessert options will include elderflower panna cotta with summer berries, Cumbrian apple and blackberry crumble, as well as a selection of miniature cakes, profiteroles and other sweet treats.
The evening is scheduled to begin at 7pm and continue until around midnight, giving guests several hours to enjoy the food, entertainment and atmosphere. Tickets are priced at £40 per person, while accommodation packages are also available from £100 per room.
Hunday Manor is encouraging anyone interested in attending to book soon, as only the final places remain. Food choices must also be pre-ordered seven days before the event. The event provides another opportunity for people in West Cumbria and surrounding areas to enjoy an evening of local food and entertainment without travelling far from home.
