Dearham United secure Division One title in Cumberland County League

Dearham United have been crowned champions of Division One in the Cumberland County League after a convincing 3–0 victory away at Whitehaven Miners Development. The win leaves them uncatchable at the top of the table with games to spare, securing promotion to the Premier Division next season. 

Goals from Oliver Scott, Jack Brown and Danny Dryden sealed the triumph for Dearham, who finished eight points clear of nearest rivals Northbank. With two fixtures still remaining for their rivals, the result confirmed United’s superiority in the division. 

The title success caps a strong campaign for the club and sets them up for the challenges of a higher tier in the local football pyramid.
