Cumbrian Athlete Wins Silver At European Middle Distance Triathlon Championships

Cumbrian triathlete Nicola King secured a European silver medal after producing an outstanding performance in Spain's middle distance championships event.

King, from Culgaith near Penrith, represented Great Britain at the European Middle Distance Triathlon Championships held in Banyoles, near Girona. She competed in the women's 55 to 59 age group, where athletes faced a demanding endurance challenge.
