Barrow Paedophile Jailed After Sexually Abusing 13-Year-Old Girl at Travelodge

A paedophile has been sentenced to prison after sexually abusing a 13-year-old girl at a hotel in Barrow, in a case described by the court as deeply disturbing.

The incident took place at a Travelodge in Barrow-in-Furness, where the man met the underage girl and carried out sexual offences against her. The victim was just 13 years old at the time of the abuse.

During court proceedings, it was revealed that the offender exploited the young girl and engaged in sexual activity with her despite knowing she was underage. Prosecutors highlighted the serious harm caused to the child and the breach of trust involved in the case.
