Ambulance Needed After Walker Rescued Near Stickle Tarn
A walker was rescued near Stickle Tarn after suffering a serious fall in a remote and difficult area of the Lake District.
Emergency services including mountain rescue teams were quickly called to the scene after the incident was reported.
Due to the challenging terrain and limited access an ambulance response required additional support including air rescue services to reach the casualty safely.
