30-bedroom Lake District guest house for sale for £2.75m

A 30-bedroom guest house in the Lake District has gone on the market for £2.75 million.
Woodlands Windermere, situated on New Road, is being marketed by Christie & Co.
Located in one of the most prominent trading locations in the heart of the Lake District National Park, the property sits just a ten minute walk from the shores of Windermere at Bowness Bay and a ten minute walk from Windermere town and railway station.

Originally two separate businesses—Woodland Guest House and the Glenburn Hotel—the properties were combined into a single guest house four years ago by the current owners.
