Duddon Valley Group Celebrates Fundraising Success For St Mary’s Hospice.

A community fundraising event organised by the Duddon Valley Support Group for St Mary’s Hospice has raised an impressive £751, highlighting the continued support for hospice care across the local area.

The fundraising success followed a special fashion show, which brought members of the local community together for an evening of entertainment while raising money for St Mary’s Hospice. Organisers thanked everyone who supported the event, particularly those who attended and the people who donated raffle prizes. The local Community Shop also played a role by helping to sell tickets ahead of the event.

A special mention was also given to the local models, who took part in the fashion show and helped make the evening a success. Their involvement, together with the support of local residents and businesses, helped the group reach the impressive fundraising total.

The Duddon Valley Support Group has a long standing connection with St Mary’s Hospice, supporting the charity through community events and fundraising activities.
